would the abolition of inter banks lending eradicate the typical financial crisis faced by rich countries?

The handing over of electronic account without the real cash being in place allows the banks to trade contracts such as insurance, and mortgage. If the bankers or lenders were to be regulated to such extent that the borrower were to be forwarded the loan only from the lender’s own reserve than it would be such that ‘no reserve, no lending, no crisis’.

Has anyone actually received money from American Community Lending?

Wednesday, March 10th, 2010
John P asked:

I saw previous question regarding American Community Lending. There were a few people that said either themselves or co-workers were waiting on money. Did anyone actually receive any money? I’ve had recent dealings with them, but the thought of wiring/sending money to Canada for “insurance” was just too risky for me, so I backed out. If anyone has received money I’d like to know. If anyone has been scammed by them, I urge you to report them to the BBB because the rep I was dealing with, clung to the fact there were no complaints and they enjoyed an “A” rating.

I have been looking for a bad credit loan and someone (I think her name was Leena) from the above company contacted me. I tried calling them back but was unable to get a hold of them. I’m going to try again tomorrow. I just wanted to know if anyone had heard of them? I almost go scammed by Richfield Lending Group and want to make sure that I’m not going to get scammed again. Their website is www.colossuscredit.com. Thanks for all your answers…just praying no one is trying to scam me again.

Is there any legitimate lending institution who will offer a Return Anticipation Loan and NOT charge too much?

Monday, February 1st, 2010
Dave asked:

Knowing that there are so many sleezy lenders out there making exorbitant amounts from low-income individuals, it just seems like something that legitimate outfits might negate by offering better loans on this guaranteed income. Does anyone know if any legitimate lending institution has stepped up to offer what the cons have not – a decent loan product based on anticipated tax returns?

What do you think is going to happen to lending with so many people defaulting on loans?

With so many people having financial problems right now, such as foreclosures and bankruptcies, what is the lending going to be like? The banks are not going to be able to process any loans due to so many people having bad credit. Am I wrong?
